The Board and Management of CANARIE Inc. are pleased to invite you to CANARIE's 20th Annual General Meeting. Members of CANARIE will receive an e-mail with registration information. If you are not a member and wish to attend as an observer, or are a member and have not received your e-mail, please contact our Executive Assistant | 613-943-5430.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the annual general meeting of the members of CANARIE Inc. (the "Corporation") will be held on November 7, 2012, at 4:30 (ET) for the following purposes:

  • 1. To receive the report of the Directors,
  • 2. To receive the report of the President;
  • 3. To receive the financial statements and the report of the Auditors for the year ending March 31, 2012;
  • 4. To appoint an Auditor;
  • 5. To elect Directors;
  • 6. To transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Only members in good standing are entitled to vote at the meeting.
