The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from suppliers for provision of optical fibre and services related to that fibre, to support an extension of Canada’s Research and Education Network.

CANARIE is looking for a long-term lease (Indefeasible right of use (IRU)), minimum of 10 years, of dark fibre service between CANARIE Network Points of Presence (PoPs) detailed at Table 1 in the full RFP.
