Network Alliance Infrastructure (NAI) Program
The Network Alliance Infrastructure (NAI) program is a competitive funding program designed to support partners in Canada's network alliance in creating, extending, or maintaining network infrastructure, and to ensure infrastructure parity across Canada.
It is designed to ensure that the national backbone and the provincial and territorial networks remain current. This includes:
- increasing capacity, reliability, and upgrades to existing equipment and infrastructure;
- enabling network management (tools and training); and
- extending the reach of the provincial and territorial networks to more institutions.
This program is restricted to ORANs.
