ORAN Claims — Information for completing the
O-IPv6 claim sheets
- Contact information and claim period are all necessary for the claim.
- The budget for the claimed period should be completed.
- Actual Incurred Costs are recorded under “Current Claim.”
- Please have the Claim Summary signed by the appropriate signatory.
- Submit electronic copy to oranprograms@canarie.ca. All backup documentation to be scanned and forwarded by email with claim form.
