Sharing & Pooling of Cybersecurity Resources

An information sharing and collaboration hub for simple access to cybersecurity information, frameworks, templates, best practices and other resources to reduce duplication of effort among research & post-secondary institutions

In response to a shared need by institutions for a trusted, centralized repository for shared resources, CANARIE is currently developing the Cybersecurity Collaboration Hub (The Hub), a national platform for cybersecurity collaboration tailored to Canada’s research and education (R&E) sector. The Hub will serve as secure, accessible space for sharing resources, fostering engagement, and strengthening collective cyber resilience.

The Hub, Version 1

The first version of the Hub will feature analysis from the Threat Intelligence team, along with other cybersecurity content developed by the CANARIE team. These resources will help institutions stay informed and proactive in addressing evolving threats.

Looking Ahead

Future releases of the Hub will include the ability for the community to upload and share content, creating a truly collaborative environment. This work is being undertaken by a project sponsored by the Research-Intensive Group (RIG), ensuring that the platform evolves to meet the needs of research and education institutions.
